What is a Chatbot?

What is an Open API Key, and why do I need one?

An Open API Key, often referred to simply as an API key, is a unique identifier that grants access to use an application programming interface (API). An API is like a set of rules and tools that allows different software applications to communicate and interact with each other.

When you use an API key, you're essentially providing a way for the API to recognize and authenticate your request to access its services or data. This helps ensure that only authorized users or applications can access the API's functionality. 

What is a Knowledge Base?

A knowledge base is like a digital library or database that stores information and knowledge about a particular topic or subject. It's a centralized repository where you can find organized and structured information, typically in the form of articles, documents, guides, tutorials, FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions), and other resources.

Think of it as a one-stop destination for gathering information and solutions related to a specific subject matter. It's commonly used by organizations to store and share knowledge internally among employees or externally with customers or users.

What is the pricing?

We charge you based on the package/version of VitaminAI that you selected. We currently have 14 different offers :

Starter: We currently have 10 starters plans, which are available monthly or annually. We have 2 starters plans for each of our offers : Marketing, Customer Support, Administrative, Human Ressources and Sales. Those starters plans provide you a suite of different tools designed to help you dealing with tasks in your department. Starting from 49€/month for the annual plan, and 58€/month for the monthly plan.

Premium: 
We currently have 2 Premium plans, which are available monthly or annually. Those Premium plans provide you the starter plans with a dedicated account manager and with all our tools in the plan. Starting from 79€/month for the annual plan, and 98€/month for the monthly plan.

Two additional plans are available which grants you 4 access, starting from 125€/month for the annual plan, and 215€/month for the monthly plan.


Why am I charged per Knowledge Base?

The Goal of VitaminAI is it help your company centralize its internal data and accelerate communication within it, thus eliminating time wastage. Knowledge Bases are our way of doing so.

By creating a knowledge base, you create a collection of documents that are organized and centralized, and we use those knowledge bases to response to your questions and give you insight about the internal or external data of your company without hassle.
